With over 35 years of experience in the Canadian post-secondary education sector, I bring a deep and nuanced understanding of the systems, pathways, and possibilities available to students pursuing higher education in Canada. My journey has spanned roles in student advising, admissions, policy, and program development, allowing me to support students not only with accurate information but with insight grounded in decades of practice.

I hold a BA in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Alberta and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education Policy Studies (International/Intercultural Education), which has enriched my perspective on the complex factors influencing student success. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to helping international students—particularly particularly from Pakistan —navigate the often overwhelming transition from high school to university or college.

As the Founder of Go 2 Canada Education Services, I focus on individualized advising that blends compassion, expertise, and a strong understanding of both academic requirements and personal aspirations. I work closely with students and families to explore the right programs, prepare strong applications, and make informed decisions that align with their goals.

In keeping with my commitment to lifelong learning, I recently completed the Essential Career Soft Skills course through Alison. This training sharpened my ability to help students develop vital soft skills such as effective communication, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and time management—competencies that are just as important as academic success in today’s rapidly changing world.

Faaiza Mansoor is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University in Toronto, Canada, specializing in Visual Arts. With a career spanning diverse roles, Faaiza brings extensive experience in guiding students towards optimal university and degree selections.

As the Manager of Guidance & Business Development at Alt Academy in Karachi, Pakistan, she spearheaded initiatives to create a tailored counseling program addressing contemporary student needs. Faaiza's innovative counseling regimen covered academic achievements, college readiness, and emotional well-being, contributing to enhanced student engagement.

In her role as a University Counsellor at Nixor College, she conducted seminars, individual counseling sessions, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes. Her expertise extends to admissions, career direction, and post-graduate studies.

As the Head Counselor at Admissions Advisors Pvt Ltd, she led a team of counselors, coordinated academic programs, and managed study permit and immigration cases.
